Cost of these luxury boats depend upon the capacity of tourists. A small luxury boat with sleepiing area, toilets, etc with a capacity of 15 persons will cost you Rs 6500/- both ways, while a bigger capacity vessel of 50 person will cost 15-18000 depending upon the season. These are both way charges for a single day tour.
